Our Intensive Product Inspection covers all the essential elements which are important when it comes to reliability starting from

• • In-House Wood Compliance: Wood sourcing exercise for vendor assuring the norms which are provided by the client are duly fulfilled (If asked by client specifically).

• • Assembly Line Inspection: To check if the product stands correct in its raw unfinished form and has met construction as per the instructions provided by the client.

• • Product Finish: Inspection in terms of Iron, Wood & Stone by acquiring the swatches from vendors before taking it on to the product, Stain Test is conducted to check if the finish is reliable enough to pass if cleaned with wet mop.

• • Quality Line Inspection: The first production of new development is checked rigorously when the item lands in Quality Check – Section of the manufacturing facility, Moisture Test & Surface Level is also checked as part of quality line inspection. 
  • Packaging, Labeling & Marking: The packaging plays a crucial role in all the hard work done by our team to bring it to packaging area which is just half way of journey to ensure a zero damage intact delivery, In-House Drop Test Activity, Surface Warning Labels & Essential Packaging Marking are some of the most important factors keep on the top priority of our list when we inspect the packaging head.
